Rental Conditions

You must hold a valid, full, current and unrestricted licence (full licence) to drive this vehicle for the rental period valid for the Vehicle and which is written in English or an international licence translated into English. A surcharge will apply when paying by credit or approved debit card. The owner of the card used to make the rental booking must be present at time of vehicle collection. Visa or Mastercard Debit cards are an accepted payment type (for passenger classes only except prestige vehicles or minivan classes). A security bond is always required. All customers, with the exception of corporate billto account customers, MUST bring a valid credit card to the pickup branch.

All customers renting from the Prestige vehicle category must produce a second form of identification in addition to their drivers licence and credit card. Acceptable forms of identification include Medicare Card, Passport, Personal ID/ Key Pass, or Bank EFT Savings Card.
